The budget of the Russian Ministry of Defense is close to the levels of the mid-80s of the last century. This information was announced by the press secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
According to the information provided by the Kremlin representative, while recently the budget of the country’s Ministry of Defense and the security bloc was equal to approximately 3 percent of the gross domestic product (GDP), it later increased to 3.4 percent.
