Boeing faced difficulties in production due to sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation 22:29

The American company Boeing, the largest aircraft manufacturer, encountered problems in the production of new aircraft due to sanctions imposed on Russia. The Wall Street Journal writes about this (WSJ).

The article stated, “The manufacturer cannot deliver enough aircraft after sanctions interrupted production.”

According to the publication, shortly after the start of Russia’s special operation in Ukraine, RTX, the manufacturer of temperature control equipment for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner model, completed its work in the Russian Federation. It later became clear that the airline’s capacity in the United States and Great Britain was not sufficient to continue production.

In addition, the Boeing 787 is facing a shortage of passenger seats from third-party suppliers, which will be even more difficult to overcome, according to the company’s CEO Dave Calhoun.

Formerly Boeing engineer Sam Salehpour statedthat the fuselages of long-haul Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft may have serious defects related to the specifics of their manufacturing and assembly.

Previously on Boeing 737 in the USA output Engine hood during takeoff.
