Sberbank broker received the “Exchange Elite” award awarded by the National Association of Exchange Participants (NAUFOR). The press service of the bank reported this.
Sber was awarded in the “Brokerage Institution for Institutional Investors” category.
As Aisha Kubezova, director of electronic markets at Sberbank, noted, last year the company took a step forward in the development of services for all customers.
According to him, this allowed Sber to take first place in the market in terms of assets (1.6 trillion rubles) and also receive high praise from customers. The customer satisfaction index doubled during the year and rose to 55.7.
“Large corporate clients are always extremely demanding and pay close attention to all the details of the brokerage service. “Being recognized as the best brokerage service for institutional investors shows that we have achieved great success in this regard and can meet the expectations of even such discerning clients,” said Kubezova.
The “Stock Exchange Elite” competition has been organized by NAUFOR since 2000 – it is an independent award in the field of securities market.
