According to a report by research holding Romir, Pyaterochka became the leader in the ranking of offline retailers in terms of visibility and consumer trust.
The holding’s experts examined the perception of various grocery brands through simple human values. For example; reliability, honesty, courtesy, etc. Based on the results, a rating was created and Pyaterochka stood out as the brand that customers trust most.
The visibility index of the trading network was 90% and the trust index was 95%. The top 5 also included Magnit networks with recognition indices of 88% and trust indices of 93%, Fix Price as well as Lenta and Red and White with indicators of 87% and 92% respectively.
Participants stated that they associated Pyaterochka with family, reliability, simplicity, social responsibility, savings and frugality.
