More than 2.4 million unique users have visited the Build a Home section of the Domklik website since its launch in July last year. Alexey Leipi, director of Sberbank’s Domclick division, spoke about this at the Domclick Digital Day conference for developers and real estate agencies, which ended in Sochi on April 4.
According to him, there are currently 2 thousand housing projects as well as 4 thousand accredited contractors in the Today section.
As the Sber press service explained, the work of the “Build a house” section is aimed at helping customers solve problems related to individual housing construction (IHC).
For example, it contains a list of projects from approved construction organizations, reviews of their activities, as well as information on the procedure for purchasing a plot and obtaining a mortgage loan from Sberbank for the construction of individual housing.
