Magomedhabib Mukhumaev, head of the energy company Dagenergo, a branch of Rosseti North Caucasus, is suspected of embezzling about 2.8 billion rubles. In this respect reports Press service of the Sovetsky District Court of Makhachkala.

“According to the material received Mukhumaev MM <…> “Together with other persons… as part of the organized criminal group, they stole funds belonging to PJSC Rosseti and the IDGC company of the North Caucasus in the amount of approximately 2.8 billion rubles,” the court said.

It is noted that Mukhumaev took advantage of his official position – he constantly held high positions, up to the post of general director of JSC DERS and the de facto head of the construction company Energoprogress. Mukhumaev became director of Dagenergo in November 2023. 7 more people were involved in the case.
