Sber has announced a radical update of its SberSpasibo loyalty program, which will be implemented in line with the bank’s new strategy.
The company announced that the updated program will cancel all conditions, levels and restrictions affecting the amount of bonus cashback received. As a result, SberSpasibo will become simpler, more flexible and more profitable for customers.
Customers will decide how, where and for what they want to receive bonuses.
SberSpasibo bonuses will be awarded not only for spending on cards, but also for other transactions on the services of banks and partners.
In the future, Sber plans to give bonuses for watching movies, using bank products and listening to music.
For purchases from partners in the bank’s ecosystem, loyalty program participants will receive a maximum number of bonuses of up to 70% in Megamarket, SberMarket, Samokat, etc.
The bank stated that the bonuses will be transferred instantly and can be used immediately for new purchases.
During the summer months, Sber will offer promotions and services aimed solely at bonuses and providing additional benefits to customers.
The first participants will be able to evaluate the updated program in April, and the new conditions will be available to everyone in the summer.
Kirill Tsarev, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sberbank, called SberThanks the largest loyalty program in the country.
According to him, about 80 million people participate in it.
“Previously it was necessary to spend more to get more bonuses, now we are transforming the entire loyalty logic and building it around the person, offering rewards for any action in our services and the services of group partners. ” said Kirill Tsarev.
He also noted that customers in the mass segment will get twice as much bonus cashback.
