“It is not yet clear who exactly and what documents will be needed to erase debts. Most likely, you will need an identity document, a loan agreement and documents confirming that the citizen was injured in the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall. It is not yet known what documents these might be. Some banks say they will contact the victims themselves,” Gusyatnikova advised.
