Experts from Russia and South Korea will soon begin to discuss tests in South Korea of an innovative material for the first wall of the ITER thermonuclear reactor. This was reported by TASS Referring to Anatoly Krasilnikov, director of the ITER design center (part of Rosatom).
“We are making samples of the material and are in the process of signing a contract with the international organization ITER to conduct research on these materials,” he said.
According to him, the future agreement assumes that after the materials are tested in the Russian Federation, the next tests will be carried out in South Korea.
