“The court decided to annul the decisions of the EU Council on prohibitory measures against Belarus for its assistance in Russia’s aggression against Ukraine in the sections related to Belshina OJSC. “The court decided that the EU Council should pay all legal costs,” he said.

For the first time, the European Union imposed sanctions on a business on December 2, 2021, under the pretext of the migration crisis on the border with Belarus, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia.
