According to Prime news, Globaltrans, one of Russia’s largest railway operators, has completed its “relocation” from Cyprus.
The group has re-registered the business in the Abu Dhabi Global Market free economic zone in the United Arab Emirates. Globaltrans received its official license on Friday, March 15.
The company’s securities will continue to be traded on the London and Moscow stock exchanges. Globaltrans emphasized that shareholder actions regarding the relocation were not necessary.
Last month the parent company of the Tinkoff group complete Re-registration from Cyprus to Russia. Registered in the special administrative district (SAR) on Russky Island.
