Annual inflation in Russia accelerated in February

Rosstat reported that annual inflation in Russia increased from 7.44% in January 2024 to 7.69% in February 2024. Data leads TASS.

In February this year, food product prices increased by 0.77 percent compared to January last year, while the annual price increase was 8.08 percent. The price of non-food products increased by 0.26% monthly and 6.59% compared to February 2023. The cost of service increased by 1.06 percent as of January 2024 and 8.45 percent on an annual basis.
