According to the research, almost 54% of respondents request daily, weekly or monthly progress reports from staff. Another 52% hold regular planning meetings, and 42% use specialized programs such as Bitrix for planning tasks.
“Evaluating personnel performance is important for every business. Modern technologies make it possible to monitor the activities of employees in detail,” said SberPodbor Operations Director Alexander Veterkov.
