Tax collections in new regions of the Russian Federation in 2023 increased by a third (34%) compared to 2022. This was stated by Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service Konstantin Chekmyshev at an extended meeting of the board of directors of the Accounting Chamber. “Vedomosti”.
According to the official, despite the decrease in the tax burden, collections in the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Lugansk regions amounted to 210 billion rubles. At the same time, there is a twofold increase in tax revenues to the budget in January and February 2024 compared to the same indicators in 2023.
