Kushashnikov House is a cultural heritage site of federal importance, as stated on the Dom.RF website. The company explained that the potential buyer will be required to comply with certain conditions established by law for the preservation and maintenance of this building. The buildings date back to the 17th-18th century. It was built in the centuries in a style combining the features of Baroque and early classicism. The estate belonged to the Kushashnikov merchant family until the 1830s and subsequently changed several owners.
