St. The Moskovsky District Court of St. Petersburg approved the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation and recovered the assets of the Rolf car dealer and the founder of the holding, Sergei Petrov, in favor of the state. This was reported by Interfax referring to the court.
According to the court decision, all shares of Rolf JSC belonging to the private limited company Delance Limited and Rolf Motors LLC, as well as 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of Rolf Motors LLC, Rolf LLC, Russia Estate St. Petersburg’s income”, Rolf Tech LLC.
In January this year, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia requested Convert JSC Rolf’s assets into state revenue through the court.
On December 22, 2023, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree providing for the temporary transfer of shares of JSC Rolf and its subsidiaries to the control of the Federal State Property Management Agency (Rosimushchestvo). This included approximately 15.2 thousand securities of Rolf Motors LLC and more than 660 million shares held by Cyprus offshore Delance Limited.
