According to him, in general, prices in Moscow in 2023 have remained almost unchanged. Small fluctuations are associated with the withdrawal of cheap or expensive apartments from the market. At the same time, shortages of liquid objects continue.
“It is too early to say that prices in the secondary market have begun to decline,” Taganov said. However, he added that further weakening of demand could lead to a decrease in prices.
