According to the publication, some current and former executives of Tesla and SpaceX are aware of Musk’s drug use, but they did not go to court regarding this issue. Tesla’s board of directors also did not conduct an investigation into the matter or record its concerns in the minutes.

According to WSJ sources, Musk used ketamine in meetings with Tesla board member and Airbnb co-founder Joe Gebbia. In addition to the billionaire, former Tesla board members Steve Jarvetson and Antonio Gracias and the businessman’s brother Kimbal Musk were also using drugs.

It was recorded that the brothers and people close to Musk attended parties in one of the boutique hotels in Mexico and used drugs. According to the WSJ, Musk’s circle at the company is afraid of upsetting the businessman for helping them make their fortune and does not want to risk losing the social capital provided by proximity to Musk.
