In Russia from February 1, 2024, lists of real estate objects subject to state cadastral assessment will take into account the recognition of a house as unsafe. This was reported with reference to the relevant order of Rosreestr. RIA Real Estate.
Rosreestr emphasized that previously information on the deterioration of a building was received from executive authorities and local authorities in preparation for the state cadastral assessment, as well as from organizations that manage apartment buildings and provide them with resources. After the changes come into force, such information will be submitted through the generation of corresponding information from the Unified State Real Estate Register (USRN).
The Ministry noted that such information has been provided before, but will now be provided much faster and become more complete.
Previously Moscow officials approved New cadastral valuation of real estate. On average, the cadastral value of residential real estate in the capital increased by 21% for 2024.
Formerly Central Bank of the Russian Federation raised key rate up to 16%.
