The RN-Aqua software package will be presented at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia”, which will be held on January 31 at VDNKh in the Rosneft pavilion. This was reported on the Rosneft website.

As the company clarifies, the functionality of the complex has no analogues in Russia. It is designed for design studies related to petroleum hydrogeology. It is stated that it is possible to create three-dimensional digital hydrogeological models of aquifers with the help of RN-Aqua. Thus, the reliability of recoverable oil reserve calculations will increase significantly.

It is also stated that the company’s pavilion within the scope of the Science Days program will host lectures on the main geological processes occurring on Earth throughout its existence. Additionally, Rosneft geologists will show how the planet developed using examples from various mountain systems.

At the same time, guests will be told about the emergence of oxygen on Earth, the movement of glaciers that have occurred in the last 2 billion years, and how many years oil reserves will last for humanity.

Additionally, Rosneft employees will present a special laboratory located at the corporate scientific institute in Volgograd. It is stated that the laboratory’s work aims to create and train computer models designed to evaluate the likelihood of defects arising in factory equipment. The topic of another training course is lithium; This valuable element is found in the associated waters produced along with oil.

Let us remind you that various videos and scientific documentaries are shown every day at the Rosneft pavilion, thematic quizzes with memorable prizes, as well as games, including competitions with a neural network, are held.
