According to the document, such companies and their shareholders may not comply with the requirements for disclosure of data in the “Relating to Joint-Stock Companies”, “Relating to Banks” and some other laws. To do this, they must notify the competent federal authorities.
At the same time, companies are obliged to provide information to government agencies upon request. It is prohibited to publish this information on open sources. According to the decree, this rule was introduced in response to hostile actions by the West.
