According to a survey by the junior specialist recruitment company FutureToday, the most attractive employers for senior students at Russian universities are Yandex, VK and Tinkoff. The study was conducted between September and December 2023 among final and pre-graduate students of Russia’s top universities, it writes RBC.
Students from 238 faculties of 68 universities from 31 cities of Russia participated in the survey. As a result, 21.6 thousand questionnaires were created, which were used to formulate candidacies.
The top five most attractive employers in 2022 included Yandex, Google, Apple, Gazprom and Sberbank.
