According to him, priority will be African and Middle Eastern countries. Putin emphasized that Russia will increase the volume of grain supply to 50 million tons next year. The head of state also said that Russia is ready to contribute to the stabilization of world markets for agricultural products.
“Of course, we welcome the openness of dialogue on this issue from colleagues at the UN, who understand the urgency of the global food problem,” said the Russian leader.
The President of the Russian Federation also said in his speech that the most important task of the world community is to “increase food for the global market”.
