“The cost of chicken eggs has fallen for the fourth week in a row. Last week, as of January 24, it decreased by 0.2% and 0.4% in the first and second categories, amounting to 89.66 and 78.21 rubles, respectively. The Ministry stated that these dynamics are also reflected in consumer prices.
In addition, according to the data of the Ministry of Agriculture, chicken meat prices have been decreasing for almost two months. Last week alone, sales prices fell by 1% and reached 158.91 rubles per kilogram of chilled carcass.
