“For example, if Ukraine loses, 30 percent of world exports will come under Russian control, and French wheat will be under threat in world markets. “Russia’s victory will be dramatic for our farmers,” the minister said.
According to the diplomat, this threatens inflation and a “very serious” food problem, so Paris needs to support Kiev.
