As the airline noted, some employees of the Moscow office were offered to move to work at centers in Irkutsk and Novosibirsk, where S7 strengthened its presence.
“Pilots can retrain on another type of aircraft, specifically the Embraer 170, and also continue working for the company,” the air carrier said.
They noted that some pilots and flight attendants had moved to work for other airlines, including international ones, based on the S7 recommendations.
