The first ESG rating assigned to DOM.RF by the Expert RA rating agency was immediately achieved at the maximum level for Russia. This was stated by the general director of the company, Vitaly Mutko, the press service of DOM.RF reports.
The agency gave the company an ESG-II (a) rating. It is stated that this means a high level of alignment with the interests in the field of sustainable development when making key decisions.
“Today, the environmental component of our activities consists not only in words, but in the development of a nationwide “green” agenda,” Mutko said.
He said that DOM.RF created Russia’s first standard for green housing construction, financing energy-efficient construction and also launching a subsidy program that is important for regions and promotes “green” projects.
“The ranking also highlights our social focus, both nationally and as a team. We will continue this work by mobilizing the market to improve people’s quality of life,” added Mutko.
As stated in the company’s press service, the DOM.RF rating is due to the high level of integration of ESG principles into the group’s work, with a focus on national and international principles and best practices in the field of sustainable development.
Additionally, Expert RA set a stable outlook for the rating. This indicates that it is likely to remain at the current level throughout the year.
