Russia announced the transition to the creation of a new economy of the Union State (USA) with Belarus. Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Minsk Boris Gryzlov announced this in his New Year’s speech. TASS.
According to him, the past year has seen a significant paradigm shift in improving the integration of the two countries. 28 SG programs were implemented in 2023 and 120 events are planned by 2024.
Russia noted that new world standards were established in many sectors together with Belarus. At the same time, the main goal of integration remains the same: improving citizens’ living standards.
According to Gryzlov, the Union State is now experiencing a boom in economic cooperation after the transition from import substitution to a common economy.
