“We see prices being more or less stable throughout this year; today Brent is around $80 per barrel,” Novak said.
According to Novak, the estimates were made based on estimates received from various analytical institutions of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and domestic analytical services.
It was noted that these oil prices were taken into account when creating the forecast for Russia’s socio-economic development in 2024.

Nabiullina assured that the Central Bank will return to such operations in the foreign exchange market from 2024. The regulator will begin selling foreign exchange in January.
