Maternal family capital will once again be indexed by 7.5% from February 1, 2024 and will be 631 thousand rubles for the first child and almost 834 thousand rubles for the second, if he did not receive the first.
Bessarab now calls for indexing the size of the mortgage subsidy, since this reform has been in force for quite a long time and citizens are waiting for indexation, taking into account the increase in the cost of square meters of housing in the country.
Separately, the MP commented on a bill that would allocate additional funds to families with children to pay off their mortgages. In his opinion, it is good that the state helps families with money, but it is unlikely to encourage large families with this, because there are many other aspects, for example, cultural development is necessary, the opportunity to enter universities under certain conditions, etc.
