Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov commented on the impact of the new EU sanctions package banning the export of Russian diamonds. This was reported by TASS.

“We will restructure sales markets according to other regions. I am sure that this will not benefit those who impose these sanctions,” Siluanov said.
