“From February 2022 to September 2023, all US goods exports to Russia fell 86% ($7.4 billion) in value. The limited trade that remains is focused on medical products, including vaccines,” Roseman-Kandler said at a hearing before the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee.
Overall, global exports to Russia fell 24% to $87.4 billion, according to Rozman-Kandler; This includes nearly all electronic devices produced in the United States and allied countries.
