Former Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexey Ulyukaev said that the head of the Central Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina, sufficiently resisted external shocks. He said this in an interview with Katerina Gordeeva (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation).
