As Ukrtruboprom points out, a large number of pipe trucks are parked on the Ukrainian-Polish border and, as a result, delivery deadlines are missed. The association warned that there was a danger that the strike would spread to other Eastern European countries.
“If this happens, almost all pipe factories in the front regions will have to shut down their production facilities from mid-December,” Ukrtruboprom said.
