As Kuleba points out, the Ukrainian side is aware that some European politicians will want to explore and wait for the impact of new sanctions, but Kyiv insists on their “immediate” adoption and “categorically rejects” proposals to “postpone” them.
The diplomat also added that he has sent special proposals to the EU for the seventh package, which includes new personal sanctions, restrictions in the fields of finance, trade and energy, and ways to circumvent sanctions.
