“Despite external factors, the city maintains a stable demand for highly skilled professionals. The collective database of the Moscow Employment Service contains more than 450 thousand vacancies in various sectors of the economy. Therefore, there are more than 18 vacancies for every unemployed person,” Efimov said.

According to him, in the nine months of this year, 5.9 thousand more people were employed than were laid off. This figure is 16.3 thousand people in the manufacturing industry and 7.9 thousand people in the scientific, technical and professional sectors.
