The minister said that citizens’ data will no longer be stored on the portal, but will be requested from relevant departments in “showcase” mode, without leaving information on the State Services portal.
2 thousand Russians participated in the survey. According to the research, 52 percent of participants welcomed the upcoming changes positively. 27% of them believe that it will now be safer to use Government Services, another 25% plan to use new functions that they did not dare to use before.
At the same time, 9% of respondents stated that they had trusted this service before. 39 percent of Russians are hesitant to receive government services online, 17 percent believe there may be data leaks from ministries, and 22 percent are not yet ready to actively use online services.
