Alfa-Bank entered the first group of leading companies in the RBC rating of Russian employers.
There are 4 groups in the rating, which includes a total of 166 companies.

Participants in the RBC rating were evaluated according to the following criteria: employees and working conditions, work efficiency and innovative development, business reputation of the company and employees’ opinions.
