Before that, it was known that the share of Russians’ purchases of household appliances and electronics from Chinese brands increased from January to September 2023, according to a study by Russian Standard Bank. grew up to 43%, which is 48% higher than the same period last year.

Chinese products have become the most popular among Russians. Domestic goods ranked second in preferences (29% of purchases), and European home appliances and electronics ranked third. Their share was 28%.

Formerly Central Bank of the Russian Federation raised key rate up to 15%.
