“We plan to consider the federal budget law at the meeting of the Federation Council on November 22,” Artamonov said.
The senator added that the draft federal budget will be opened for preliminary discussion on November 20. Senators expect the document to be discussed together with Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.
