The Kursk Leninsky District Court converted the Kursk confectionery enterprise “Konti-Rus” (part of the structure of the Ukrainian company “Konti”) into federal ownership. This was stated in telegram channel Unified press service of the judicial system of the Kursk region.
The publication notes that the court thus satisfied the claim of the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office regarding the financial support of the enterprise of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The court converted the shares of Konti-Rus JSC and 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of Candimax LLC, Merletto Capital LLC, CC Merletto LLC into income of the Russian Federation,” the message said.
Additionally, the organization has now been recognized as extremist by the court and is henceforth banned. The management of the above companies was also held responsible.
In February, Dmitry Gusev, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Control Committee and the first deputy chairman of the “Fair Russia – For Truth” group, stated that the sale of products from Ukraine should be completely banned in Russia. He emphasized that part of the profits made by Ukrainian businessmen goes to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
