Israeli supermarket chains suspended product imports from Turkey following Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s remarks about the escalation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. The newspaper writes about this Haaretz.
According to the publication, Israel’s largest supermarket chain Shufersal is among the companies that stopped importing Turkish products.
“Several Israeli supermarket chains are suspending imports from Turkey after the Turkish president announced his support for Hamas,” the publication said.
