The apartment of the family of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on the southern coast of the peninsula was sold at auction for 44.3 million rubles, the press service of the Crimean Ministry of Property and Land Relations reported. RIA News.

“The apartment is located at the address: Republic of Crimea, Yalta, Livadia district, st. Baturina, 44 A, flat. “501 was sold at auction for 44 million 356 thousand rubles,” he said.

They also stated that there were two bidders in the auction.

On October 11, the Crimean Ministry of Property and Land Relations opened the Zelenskys’ apartment in Livadia, exhibited for sale. Its value was 24.6 million rubles.

In 2022, the president of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, ordered the expropriation of property of organizations and individuals affiliated with the Ukrainian government. Since the autumn of 2022, approximately 750 objects have been expropriated in this Russian republic.
