Sazanov talked about the proposals received by the ministry for the compensation of budget funds in connection with increasing the fuel damper. As the official explained, the relevant changes will be made in November. Previously, the government had decided to revert the damping coefficient to 1 from October, but legal documentation on the changes is still missing. Experts estimate that possible payments to oil companies in October will be 255-291 billion rubles.
