MPs asked the Russian government to consider the possibility of state regulation of prices of alcoholic beverages such as beer, beer drinks, cider, poire and mead. At the same time, vodka sales decreased by 0.3% to 55.6 million deciliters, spirits sales increased by 24.6% to 9.9 million deciliters, and cognac sales increased by 10.5% to 9.7 million deciliters.
