As the regulator clarified, credit institutions must publish information about additional requirements in offices, on websites and mobile applications. Banks should also inform their customers that such transactions can be carried out remotely free of charge. During the check, the Central Bank may request confirmation of the accuracy of the information. The monthly limit of 30 million rubles applies to all customer accounts in the bank, and not to each individually. The Central Bank will publish the statements regarding this issue on its website.
