According to the press service of the bank, non-core assets bank “Trust” held an auction for the Kostroma Building Materials Plant (KZSM) Group of Companies.
The sale will take place as an English auction. The starting price of the lot, which includes 100% shares of KZSM LLC and all claims against Integroprom JSC, is 1.1 billion rubles.
“KZSM is a modern, technologically advanced and competitive production facility with an advantageous location next to the federal highways of a major regional center. “In addition to the business, the buyer will also have a ready-made infrastructure for the storage and transportation of products, in particular its own railway line,” commented the press service of Trust Bank.
Kostroma Building Materials Plant is one of the largest producers of gas silicate blocks in the Central Federal District under the well-known Thermocube brand. The facility was built on a turnkey basis in 2009.
The product range includes the sale of a wide range of aerated concrete blocks and their accompanying adhesives.
