Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak said that the easing of the ban on diesel fuel exports allowed Russia to supply abroad about two-thirds of its previous volume. He told this on Rossiya 1 TV channel.
According to him, diesel fuel is exported through ports where it is delivered via pipeline. Two-thirds of the total exports of diesel, for which it was decided to restart exports, are provided in this way.
This is before Novak statedIt is stated that the fuel shortage currently observed in Europe is due, among other things, to Western countries imposing a price ceiling on Russian oil.
According to him, Russian oil continues to be sold to friendly countries and is sold above the ceiling.
Before this, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the plenary meeting of the Russian Energy Week that if European countries consider the purchase of Russian energy resources a moral issue, they will completely stop purchasing gas from Russia by any means.
