Assets of Novatek’s Polish subsidiary sold to GELEO TASS.
The statement said, “The sole shareholder of Novatek Green Energy, namely the Swiss Novatek Gas & Power GmbH, has sold all of its shares in Novatek Green Energy to the Polish GELEO company.”
Formerly owned by Finnish state energy company Gasum stopped Receive liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargoes from Vysotsk port.
Gasum received fuel in Vysotsk from the Novatek Cryogas-Vysotsk project under the contract with Gazprom Export. It acts as an export agent within the scope of the agreement made with Novatek.
One of Gasum’s tankers, Coral Energige, was left without LNG when it last entered the port on April 24 this year. Prior to this, the ship was receiving fuel on 12 April. Another tanker of the Finnish company, Coral Energy, arrived in Vysotsk on April 4. Previously, ships received a large number of cargoes from the port every month.
Formerly Central Bank of the Russian Federation raised key rate up to 13%.
