Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that the proposed ban on fuel exports from the Russian Federation could affect those not involved in the production of petroleum products. This has been reported telegram channel Russian journalist Pavel Zarubin.
Zarubin referred to Novak’s comment after a voiceover on promising measures to stabilize the fuel market.
“Prohibitory measures regarding the supply of products for export to non-producers of petroleum products. So the so-called speculators, sellers,” emphasized the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
According to Novak, buying fuel on the exchange for further resale purposes can be profitable. He concluded that it was now profitable for sellers to buy and resell goods on the stock exchange without supplying products to the domestic market.
